- Requests, complaints, claims, and service-related inquiries must be sent to pqr@digitalfuture.com.co. Ranknet will respond through the same channel within the timeframes stated in these terms or, where applicable, within the legal timeframes that apply.
- This clause does not limit any consumer right or complaint mechanism available under Colombian law.
